Brandon grew up working for his father who owned a Window and Gutter Cleaning Company. Through doing this he learned the value of creating long-term relationships with customers based on trust and taking a personal interest. After high school he ventured off traveling for several months before jumping into business and starting Next Level Window Cleaning at the age of 20. His journey has brought him into a relentless drive for self improvement and constant learning. Along the way he met his beautiful wife Camille and got married. Brandon knows that above all things, people want a window cleaner who is going to do the job right the first time. He is constantly working on providing a better customer experience and that means finding ways where everyone wins. A few of Brandon’s passions are faith, business, entrepreneurs, travel, casting vision, leadership, personal development, playing hockey, training, and building relationships.

Camille is in charge of most in-person estimates and giving potential customers all the information they need to know to make a decision. She is very patient and consultative. Camille engages in volunteer work every month and is constantly giving back to the community. Her passions include helping others, travel, empowering women, animals, family, faith, and the beauty industry. Camille loves to get on board with a cause. She loves sushi, a good movie or book, and spending time with her family and friends. Her favourite part of doing all the quotes is that she gets to meet everyone’s dogs.

Oliver grew up in the Kootneys before moving to Abotsford for school and then finally to Kelowna. He played pro-volleyball through college and loves watching both the Toronto Raptors and Bluejays. A natural athlete, Oliver has no trouble getting to those hard to reach windows. He enjoys tennis, volleyball, basketball, and a good game of frisbee golf. His most valued asset though is his patient, friendly demeanour. Oliver doesn’t believe in selling customers something that is not a good fit for them. He has a great sense of humour and an eye for detail that often makes customers personally request him. Oliver values integrity and faith over profit but also see’s the importance of a well structured company and business plan.

Taze is the newest member to our team and he was an instant fit. His personality, charisma, and social skills make him a very likeable guy right away. He will go the extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied every time and on top of that he will do it with a big smile on his face. Taze loves the Edmonton Oilers and watching/playing a good hockey game. He is originally from Edmonton. He loves cars, sports, hanging with the guys and enjoying time with his wife Jordan. He is a hard worker, he grew up doing stucco with his fathers family business and because of having business in the family has a great work ethic. He’s a team player and we have seen countless times that he will put the team ahead of himself. He was a great pickup and he looks forward to growing in the company.

Thor makes an appearance from time to time on social media and if you’re really fortunate he will show up with Camille for a quote here and there. He enjoys treats, sleeping, kisses, and running.
