Live Next Level Inc. (“Live Next Level”, “we”, “us”) provides window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof moss treatment, house washing and pressure washing in Kelowna and the Okanagan. This policy explains what personal information we collect through nextlevelwindowcleaning.com and when you contact or hire us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote, book a service, chat with us, call, text or email, we collect the details you provide. This can include:

  • your name, email address and phone number;
  • your service address and details about your property;
  • the services you are interested in and how you prefer to be contacted;
  • any promo code, notes or photos you send us.

If you apply for a job with us, we collect the information in your application, such as your contact details, work history and résumé.

Information from our work. When we visit your property, our team may take photos of the work area before and after the job. We use these to document the job, answer questions about it, and share maintenance tips with you.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, and how you interact with pages. See “Cookies, analytics and advertising” below.

How we use your information

  • To prepare quotes, schedule and carry out services, and follow up afterwards.
  • To communicate with you by phone, text or email about your quote, booking or service.
  • To send you service reminders, offers or news, where you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To review job applications.
  • To run, secure and improve our website, and to understand which pages and advertising work.
  • To meet our legal, accounting and insurance obligations.

We collect only the information we need for these purposes, and we do not sell your personal information.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our website uses the following tools, which may set cookies or collect information about your visit:

  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to measure how visitors use the site.
  • Google Ads, to measure the results of our advertising and to show our ads to people who have visited our site.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), to measure our ads and show them to relevant audiences.
  • Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors scroll and click on pages, so we can find and fix problems with the site.
  • Cloudflare, which protects and speeds up the website.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work properly without them. You can also control ad personalization through Google’s ad settings and Meta’s ad preferences, and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to provide that service. These include our website host, our customer management and scheduling software (which also powers our website chat and forms), our email and text messaging providers, and the analytics and advertising tools listed above. These providers are required to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

Where your information is stored

Some of our service providers store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. While it is there, your information may be subject to the laws of that country, including laws that allow authorities to access it.

How long we keep information

We keep customer information for as long as we have a working relationship with you, and afterwards for as long as we need it for warranty, legal, tax or accounting purposes. We keep job applications for up to one year. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How we protect information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including secure (HTTPS) connections on our website, access limited to staff who need it, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you if required by law.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to how we use it, subject to legal and contractual limits. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails or texts at any time using the link or instructions in the message, or by contacting us. We will respond to requests within 30 days.

Our website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
