This week, Brandon and his crew cleaned all the windows in my home, inside and out. They washed all the screens with soap and water and cleaned the sills of windows and sliding glass doors. From the beginning this was a positive experience. I was given an accurate estimate, there were emails to
confirm every detail in advance and when the job prior to mine took a little longer I got a call to explain. In spite of dizzying heights and many many big windows, the guys were unfailingly cheerful, polite and focused on doing a fabulous job. I am so grateful to have found a company so trustworthy, efficient and priced fairly. I recommend Next Level Window Cleaning without any hesitation. Thank you Brandon and crew!

A crew with exactly the same quality of service as noted in my previous review, has worked to get my roof and gutters shipshape for the winter season. Again, the guys were polite, focused on the job at hand and very cheerful in spite of the wind and rain. I am confident in recommending Next Level for any of the services they offer. Thank you !

Once again I am happy to review the service provided by the Live Next Level team,. Everything I have said previously about how pleasant and thorough and efficient they were, on this occasion Mike and Kash, was exactly the same. I really feel lucky to have this company helping to maintain my home. They always exceed
expectations. Thank you!
Their team did a great job on our interior and exterior windows and even cleaned our very high ceiling fan. Friendly and respectable fellows. We felt very comfortable with them in our home and they made sure that everything was locked up afterwards.
We recently got our windows cleaned with Next Level and were very pleased with the experience.
Communication was quick and clear, and the crew showed up on time and got right to business. The crew was incredibly professional, and we barely noticed that they were there. The job itself was done well and we are enjoying the views from our house again.
I would highly recommend using Next Level, we will certainly use them the next time we need the windows cleaned.
A really good company and very good customer service. Had the gutter cleaning done on my place, they showed up on time, they explained the process, provided receipt and were very friendly! Recommended!
The crew did the job quickly and efficiently. I had a couple of downspouts which had come loose from the gutters. They got them repaired at the same time. Pleased all-round.
I have used Next Level for window cleaning inside and out since 2017. They do an exceptionally good job. The crew arrived on time, worked quickly and to a very high standard. The window gleamed. They wiped the sills and cleared out the cobwebs. The windows were so clean that a neighbour joked that it looked like we had them removed! Other than next time a little more attention could be paid to the glass railings on the deck, the job was terrrifc.

Next Level Window cleaning is an awesome company to work with, their staff are professional and really great to work with. I have booked them several times over the past several years and every year, their team has been awesome.
Had Live Next Level round last week for a gutter cleaning job. I can't get up and confirm how clean my gutters are now that the job is done (kind of the point!) but I can say that they were professional, on time, very pleasant and well turned out, and seemed like genuinely decent guys intent on doing a good job. I really like their informative and handy online booking process and my interactions with staff over email were also very positive and professional. I will be using LNL next year for my gutter and will consider their other services as I need them.
