We had our windows inside and out cleaned and they were fantastic. They let us know precisely when they’d arrive, we’re on time and did a great job cleaning. Meticulous attention to detail and very nice guys. We’ve used a different company in the past and weren’t so happy. We chose this company based on the online reviews and would be happy to recommend them.

I've used Next Level twice for window cleaning and been very happy with it each time. The staff communicate the quote clearly, arrive within the time they said they would. They are quick, efficient and are able to work safely around any of the unique features a home has. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get their outdoor windows cleaned.

From start to finish, the experience was professional and personable. Upon booking the window cleaning, I was immediately contacted by the company. The guys showed up right on time, as scheduled and did an outstanding job. This is the single best window cleaning I have ever had! They also cleaned/dusted the chandeliers which is a service that to my knowledge is not provided by all window cleaners in Kelowna. The GM Derek stayed in touch throughout and provided excellent customer service. After talking to him once on the phone, it felt like he was already an old friend. This company is definitely worth the money spent for the services and care provided. Well done!

All I can say is WOW. From my initial call, to post service, I am totally impressed. Luca came to do a quote. They gave me an approximate time. He called ahead of time to say he was on his way. He was dressed professionally and was incredibly friendly. After he left, I received an email saying a quote was on the way. The quote was exactly what they said it would be, and the time was a 2 hour window, so we were clear on when they would arrive. They said they would be there between 1-3... they arrived at 12:58... cleaned the gutters and they were gone. We then were sent another email asking for an honest review. This is as honest as I can be. Communication and professionalism is something that isn't overly common. Well done!!!
