There was a problem initially with the gutter cleaning not being completed, but it was quickly remedied. I was pleased with the job that was done and would hire them again.

August, 2021. Excellent work but I expected that.... Brandon was sure not to invade our space. Even when inside he quietly worked with a mask.. I usually dread having people in the house working, it seems so intrusive but we hardly noticed that he was there. We can see out our windows! Thanks for another great job ...... the Meulenbelds... Again this year, 2020 a bit more challenging with the screens, but we got it all done.....great job as usual!! The Meulenbelds Looks like Next Level is keeping up the good work. Again, 2021 a great job of cleaning our windows and screens. The guys worked quietly, quickly and efficiently. Five stars...... October 2022. Windows, screens, gutters. Jason was on his own but handled the work with efficiency and expertise. Great job! .....the Meulenbelds

Michael and Tristan were very professional and my windows look amazing. They called shortly before coming letting me know they were on their way, arrived early, took extra caution in my new home and were very personable. From booking the appointment to completion, the service was top notch. Highly recommend!

Great experience with this company. I dealt with Logan, Duncan and Luna. All amazing and so good in serving their customers with optimum service. I was given quick responses to my questions and always a happy service from their end. They did a great job with our windows and I will use them again definitely. Thanks, Shikha

Apparently they were here because they left a door knob hanger. Without the hanger I would never have thought they showed up. The windows are streaked and still have hard water marks all over them. I let the both Duncan and Luca know (office managers?) and have not received a reply from either. I do not recommend next level as both quality of work and customer service are lacking professionalism. Hard nope on these guys. UPDATE*** They did come back to fix the windows and they look great. One star for the first crew, 5 stars for the guy who came back to fix the first crew’s mess. I rescind my hard nope and will try them again.

Very quick and efficient at getting me a quote, and booking the appointment for the gutter cleaning. I didn't have to be home which made it simple for me, and their communication was great throughout the entire process. Great customer service! I will definitely use this company again, and recommend them!

Very professional and thorough. The two team members took the time to evaluate my concerns , present the options, and resolve the questions I had. They were highly efficient at their work. I would not hesitate to use Next Level again (we had used them once before for window-cleaning and were pleased with the results).
