Live Next Level Reviews

We’ve been employing their team to clean our windows for several years now and have been happy with their level of service and fees/value. They work efficiently but may miss some areas occasionally. However, their team members are receptive to an inspection and addressing reasonable requests.

On time, efficient, timely and very pleasant to talk to.

The crew showed up on time and was very friendly. They did a great job on the gutter cleaning and moss treatment and notified me when they were done. Highly recommend

We used Live Next Level several times now and are happy with the service they provide. They are always on time, friendly & courteous and get the job done efficiently.

Great job. Friendly and efficient

They always do an amazing job, they arrive when they say they will, they always send a reminder to your appointment and never leave a mess.

Happy with the workmanship. The price was reasonable. There was good communication.

Our experience with Next Level was very good. Communication was good, the guys were prompt and courteous. We have a 3 story home with lots of high windows, interior and exterior glass railings as well as glass elevator. A couple things were missed on the first visit but Duncan had another team return and do the missed windows and railing. Overall we were very happy with our Next Level experience and will be calling them next year!

Matt and Easton did a fabulous job for us! Gutters all cleaned - Windows cleaned inside and out with the frames and sills wiped down, oh and plus both sides of the railing glass around the deck. Guys I would definitely want both of you back next year for a repeat. Thanks ever so much for a job very well done!

Jon and Reid were great! Very attentive and informative throughout the whole process. Updated me on every detail that came up. No mess left behind, like pressure washing ninjas. Very friendly. Completed a walkthrough pre and post job and gave extra attention. Definitely took pride in the work and went above and beyond.

Our experience was 100% positive from our initial Conversation to the completion of the job window, cleaning, and gutters would recommend live next level with high regard we will be setting up a maintenance schedule with them, which is also a bonus

I have never had my windows done professionally and I am beyond impressed with my windows! The team arrived early, they were done in just over an hour for the level 2 clean. They were so professional and if I didn't know they were coming to do the windows you would not know they were even in your home as so clean. There was constant communication regarding my appointment so there were no surprises. The price they quoted was exactly what they charged... again no surprises of extra fees. So happy. Highly highly recommend their services. You won't be disappointed.

We had 2 very nice and hard-working gentlemen out to our home for window cleaning. Our house is very high and some windows challenging to get to. These men were very meticulous in their work and did a fantastic job with all windows and glass railings. I kept checking on their work and was very happy with the result. I would highly recommend their services.

I couldn’t be happier with the job that the guys did when they cleaned our windows recently. They take such pride and the attention to detail is great to see. For the first time I had some of my inside windows cleaned and I will definitely have that done again. Recommend highly!

Thank you to the team who washed our windows. They did an amazing job. Arrived on time, professional and friendly. I will certainly be using them again and would not hesitate to recommend this company. Thanks guys!!! Great service, great job.

Hired to treat moss on the roof. Setting up an appt was easy, they arrived promptly, did a good job and there was follow up done, which I appreciated. I also had my windows cleaned inside and out, including screens. They did a great job. The windows look wonderful. Definitely worth the money.

We are always happy with the service provided by Live Next Level and this time was no exception. Their team did a fantastic job cleaning my gutters and windows. They were cheerful, professional, and efficient. I would highly recommend them if you need this type of service.

Keano and his team were punctual, friendly and polite and communicated well throughout the entire process. Windows look amazing!

We were very happy with the services provided by the team that worked on our house. They were on time, courteous and professional. They got the work done in a good amount of time while still doing a thorough job. Would definitely recommend.

Service provided as advertised - on time, great cleanup, respect for extensive garden plantings and professional crew

Good communications (explanation of pricing and follow up reminders), very friendly people, excellent window cleaning - all in all a very pleasant experience.

Duncans team did a great job on our windows will deffinatly call them back next year.

We have been very satisfied with Live Next Level services, including gutter cleaning this time and window washing previously. Each time, the quote process is easy and price options (levels) are reasonable and booking is easy with respect for my schedule too. The quality of service every time has been top notch. I especially like that, each time, the crew has ensured we are fully satisfied with everything before they leave - we do a walk around and quality check of everything. They always do touch ups where I ask. I have had no major complaints. Brendon and Derek were the crew this time for our gutter cleaning. They were early, professional, respectful and very thorough - they showed that they cared about my being happy with their services. I liked that before they started, we had a chat about the work to be done and that they ensured I was happy with everything before they left. I was impressed and pleased with their excellent work and would recommend them and Live Next Level to others.

Best window washing ever done at our place including extra scrubbing needing of deck panes from our dog's muzzle. Highly recommend this company!

Crew came early, did an excellent job. Very courteous, friendly and professional. Been using them for years. Highly recommend them.

The two workers showed up on time (always a good start!) and were anxious to start their work. Both of them were energetic, polite - and were fine to have our dogs in the house. The employees worked well as a team with one inside and the partner outside on the ladder. We were pleased with the window cleaning job.

They sent one guy to do the job and he did great....fast and efficient, and a very nice fellow:)

Thank you Duncan to you and your team for the great window cleaning job on our house - the windows and window sills look fantastic. Was great working with such a responsive and professional company

Crew were prompt and professional with great value for the window cleaning and gutter services provided.

Our Live Next Level experience with making appointment, follow up reminders and the actual cleaning I found to be rewardingly professional and efficient. We have had services from them in the past and will continue in the future! Great job guys !

The team did a great job with cleaning the gutters. Thank you.

Very pleased with the service. Thank you, Dawn.

The team was on time, professional and work quickly. The work was done well, and they cleaned up after themselves. I was happy with the end results. Would hire them again.

Matt and Caleb were such hard workers and did a great job! They left us with free running gutters and sparkling windows. And most of all they were 2 of the most pleasant young men that have ever done any work for us!!!!!

Caleb and Matt did a great job on my gutters, inside and out. Very personable and on time. Would recommend this company. I will get them to do my windows come spring!

We had our windows cleaned by Tristan. He was polite, on-time, thorough and did a fantastic job. So happy with this company we’ve already asked to work with them again!

We had a great experience with Live Next Level. The quote was quick and easy. The communication excellent and the fellow did a very thorough job cleaning our windows. Highly recommended !

So pleased with Derek and Adam from Live Next Level. They did moss removal and gutter cleaning at my house in East Kelowna this morning. They made sure all the mess was cleaned up, and that I was happy their work prior to leaving . These young men were professional and courteous! I would highly recommend this company.

Our windows and gutters were completed by Christian today. He did an excellent job. On time. Very professional. Very organized and did a very thorough job. Very pleased with his work.

I was very pleased with the service. It's great having clean windows.

I hired Next Level through a friend who had her windows cleaned by them. They were very quick and did an excellent job! I would highly recommend them and will be getting them back every year!

We were very impressed with the 2 that came to clean our windows. I've never done the "level 3" which is inside and out plus screens and sills. They were courteous , punctual, professional and with the exception of one small indoor window and a few window tracks they did an awesome job. Best of all they were proud of their work, taking before and after pictures to show their boss. I've already recommended them to friends and will hire them in the spring.

Chose Level 2 package. They called to let us know they were running late, but then showed up promptly on the next agreed on time. Very friendly and did a really great job, super happy. Highly recommended.

Matt and his creaw did a really good job today. I highley recommened this company. They are very professional and resaonable.

We recently engaged the services of Live Next Level to clean all the glass railings in our house. I can’t say enough great things about Tristen. He did a really great job. He was on time and realizing the complexity of the job let his boss know that the job was going to take much longer he had anticipated. He has a real attention to detail. Our railings span 3 floors which involves using a 24 foot ladder. He was very conscientious and cleaned the floors around the area where he was working. I have not used this company but I am planning to have all our windows done inside and out in the spring. I highly recommend them and feel very confident they will do an excellent job the next time they come. I also want to say there are not a lot of companies that come down the west side of the lake but I am so happy I found them and they are excellent. They are my go to guys going forward.

A very efficient energetic crew! They left us with a great looking roof and a good clean up post job. Well done!

Live Next Level had prompt and ongoing communication. The quote was very reasonable and the invoice reflected that same number - no surprises on the final price. Duncan and Lextin did an excellent job on the inside and exterior window cleaning!

We had 4 services performed: exterior window cleaning, moss removal, gutter cleaning, and housewash. Our quote was provided almost immediately (the other companies hadn’t even returned our messages yet!) with a detailed breakdown and the scheduling was super prompt. I am impressed by the customer service (thanks, Duncan for always checking in) and pleased by the overall results. We don’t like using strong chemicals on our property so we modified the moss removal treatment. The team who delivered was prompt and efficient. We will definitely use LNL again, next time for the full window treatment!

We were very pleased with this Company doing all the exterior windows and deck glass. Tristan was very punctual, friendly, and informative! Would highly recommend Live Next Level. We will be getting them back next Spring!

We had our windows and screens cleaned by Tristan. Beautiful job, meticulously done. Never been so clean. Excellent communication and services.

Update September 2026: another great effort by the team and 5* clean! 2025: Professional communication and follow up during the quote process and professional 5* window cleaning inside and out. Friendly and customer service oriented staff that make sure you are happy with the overall service and end result! Highly recommend!

Beautiful clean windows and tracks, prompt, very considerate and Polite staff. I will absolutely be calling them again.

We have a large property with many windows and Sam and Derek arrived promptly. The two of them were both very professional, courteous and efficient. They did an excellent job and left zero mess. Very impressed with the work. Thank you.

I am very satisfied with the service this company has provided. The two young men that did the job were kind and thorough and went the extra mile. I highly recommend them!!

We used Next Level to clean the outside and inside of our gutters. They were quick to respond to queries, showed up on time and did a great job.

I contacted this company for window and gutter cleaning. The service was fast and well priced. Would recommend

I don't normally write reviews, however I wanted to take the time as I was extremely pleased from my initial phone call, the confirmation emails, the service and the last follow up after the service. Wow. This is the best customer service I have experienced in a longtime. Especially the operations mgr Duncan coming to my house the next day to follow up on a question I had. Well done Next Level! I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone.

Prompt, fast, spectacular results. Very nice young men cleaned my windows inside and outside plus the patio glass railing. Hands down would have them back next year. Thank you guys!!!!

I booked LNL team via their online form for window cleaning services. Their response was prompt and I was able to book a time super quick. The team did an amazing job! They were on time, tidy, and quick. After the job was done I noticed a few smudges on one of my windows. I reached out to you the manager and within a few hours Duncan came to my house and cleaned the window again. Not only that, he cleaned the adjacent windows too and did a thorough inspection before leaving. I am very happy and satisfied with their work and their customer service. 👍

Crew arrived on time and were absolutely diligent in their work. They were friendly, responsive and efficient. Great communication by the office as well. I am a long-time customer for all of these reasons. Highly recommend.

I received great customer service! They were accomidating and pleasant to deal with. I researched them on line, put in a request and had my quote the next day. Within a week my Windows, screens and inside tracks were done They arrived on time and went right to work - I'm very pleased with their work and would highly recommed them. A Returning Customer

Calls were answered and returned. Quotes were prompt and fair. The crew arrived on time, the job was done quickly and thoroughly. This is how a business should be run.

What a pleasure to deal with. Fair price, on time, fast and efficient.Sam and Hunter were polite and personable and took care of our gutters that were full of pine needles and cleaned off our roof, leaving everything neat and tidy. Thank you for a job well done!!

Great service and after service. Appreciate the 48 hour rain warranty. The window cleaners did a great job. I appreciated them covering their boots when indoors to not track dirt in. I would not hesitate to recommend them and already have.

Phoned and got a quick estimate and a couple days later they showed up. Sam and Hunter were very polite, friendly and did a great job. Would highly recommend without any hesitation.

On time, efficient, and very friendly. Great work overall! Very much recommend.

This team is so great - we had a quote in no time and they did a great job on the initial cleaning. We had just moved into a new house and there were some remaining hard water stains on the windows (which was understandable) - we let Duncan and his team know and they were out the next day to talk with us and get it cleaned up. Incredibly thorough and super friendly people to work with. Highly recommend! We’ll be using Next Level for the foreseeable future.

I contacted this company via their online quote submission to have our gutters cleaned & just over an hour later, I received a call back with a fair price. They were on time, & they were fast & tidy. We have mature ponderosa trees in our back yard that shed a lot of needles & our gutters were full. They really did a great job. We’ll definitely hire them again in the future.

I had a great experience with Live Next Level, after booking them to clean my gutters. They had quick availability and the team members that showed up explained everything they'd be doing, and took pictures to show me any issues. Price was great and was well worth having them come do the service, rather than trying to do it myself. Highly recommend.

Great experience getting a general external window clean from Next Level. The timeliness and quality of service was great. Everyone was friendly, professional and competent. I would recommend!

Duncan & a colleague came on 2025-05-27 to spray for moss removal from my roof shingles. They explained the process, were careful to protect my yard plants, and did an excellent job. I plan to have them come back in fall 2025 to check roof and remove as feasible the dead moss. Thank you.

Windows look great! Very professional and great customer service!

Thank you for your commitment to client satisfaction — the team listens to feedback and works hard to earn their five star ratings.

Very happy repeat customer. Derek and Keelan did a fantastic job cleaning our windows and gutters. Both very respectful of the space, efficient and detail oriented. They even went back over certain areas to make sure the windows looked perfect. Would highly recommend.

Great service and nice guys too. I feel they went above and beyond (within reason). Very good value overall.

I have used this company in the past and will continue to use their services. Prompt, punctual and thorough service every time. Friendly staff as well.

Very accommodating, responsive and did a high quality job on my windows! Will hire again. Thanks!!

We have had Next Level come to our home more than once. They are quick and efficient, while not compromising on quality of work. It’s always such a treat to have freshly cleaned windows and screens. We have also had them pressure wash and clean our patio, and it was great.

I called last minute to get my windows cleaned for a house showing, they were there a few hours later and dud a great job!

We were recommended Next Level to do our moss removal and they delivered! I was especially impressed with their customer service. They had quick, clear communication and were very respectful and pleasant. Would highly recommend!

Tristin made my window clean at Bridgewater :)

Continued great work and service! Prompt, great communication and friendly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Competent, friendly, on time team doing a shining job for a reasonable price! Thank you to the Next Level team.

We were really impressed with the window cleaning service from Next Level. The team was professional, thorough, and courteous. Duncan even followed up the next day to make sure we were completely satisfied with the results. We'll definitely be using them again!

Had company do moss removal yesterday. The two young men who came were on time, very friendly and explained the whole process to us. Hopefully our moss problem is behind us! Only thing I would mention is that when I went several times to call your office, no one ever answered. Might want to look at that! I was beginning to question my decision to use you, But when I texted, Derek called me immediately!

Quick responses. They missed one spot but came back immediately when called and did an excellent job. They were even willing to risk working on the gutters later into winter than others. The only reason they didn't receive 5 stars is that their price was higher than the competitors. However, I'm willing to pay more for good work.

Great service. They went above and beyond

We were very happy with the gutter cleaning and moss removal service we booked. The operations manager (Duncan) was responsive and helpful.

The team at Next Level did an excellent job cleaning my gutters. Excellent experience all round from the booking, professional job and follow up. Well done Next Level!

This was my second service with Next Level. I love dealing with this company. The booking and quote process is so easy and they show up when they say they are going to. Their field team are courteous and incredibly tidy. You wouldn’t have known there was work done on my house, except for the spotless gutters of course.

These guys are excellent and affordable, top notch!!!

Great service great price

Kelan and Duncan arrived promptly and did a fantastic job as always. My windows are sparkling now.

This was the first time that I hired Next Level Window Cleaning and I was very, very impressed from start to finish. Firstly, Derek came down to see our place and begin the in-person service - very professional and good ‘ole fashion friendly service. From there Matt and Sam came over to clean our windows and glass deck, both sides. One of them worked outside and one inside. Both were very friendly, polite and excellent workers. They were finished in an hour and a half and our windows were sparkling clean! I also liked the fact that you only paid once the job was finished. And, the price was fair. Highly recommend.

LNL provided window and house cleaning services for us. Clear ongoing communication and a thorough cleaning were completed. Will book again.

WOW! I'm generally pretty frugal with my reviews but I have to say, Next Level is most definitely an appropriate name for this company. We booked a full set of services - gutters, house wash and top level window cleaning - and Paul rocked it out in 3 hours flat. No corners were cut and everything looks fantastic. I'm rarely impressed anymore with the quality of service provided by most companies. From the first interaction through to the last, Next Level earns a 5+ star rating. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I called on Next Level to do an interior/exterior window cleaning, and they did an excellent job! Their prices are competitive, and their service level is next level! Highly recommend them!

Kielan and his team were awesome. Easy recommend.

Tristan did a fantastic job of cleaning the windows today. He was on time, very friendly and showed an excellent work ethic. We have used LNL a few times now and will continue to be strong supporters of this company.

I needed a small job done and called several companies for quotes. When I called Next Level, Luca asked me to forward some photos, and he would see what they could do to help me. They offered me a much more reasonable quote than the other companies. Duncan did an amazing job and went above and beyond what was agreed upon. I will definitely be hiring Next Level again and recommending them to friends and family!

The communication was prompt, the service was super - I highly recommend.

Service was great . I had Ammy come to office and was very professional and friendly, job well done .

There was a problem initially with the gutter cleaning not being completed, but it was quickly remedied. I was pleased with the job that was done and would hire them again.

Great service and accommodation of special requests

Absolutely to date the best window cleaning I’ve had in a long time. Thank you so much for being quick to reply to emails and send staff for quotes as well as only 3 days to get them done. You will be my top choice and will spread the word. Thank you. Fontal madison

I had LNL clean my gutters for the first time this fall and everything was great. Making an appointment was easy, service was fast and professional, the price was very reasonable, and they even left some helpful tips about some needed repairs. I'll definitely use them again.

Excellent customer service and workmanship. Will certainly have the team do my windows next year. Thank you for your service. Debra Peters

The whole team at Next Level was awesome. I put in an inquiry on their website and had someone out the next day for a quote. She was clear and concise on the services and price, and after I approved - there was a team here the next day taking care of my property. Honestly, it happened so seamlessly I barely had to use any brain power. I sometimes put these things off because I think it's gonna be a whole big process, but it took all of 2-3 days and they did a fantastic job. I will 100% recommend them and use their services again when my gutters and roof need cleaning.

Cannot say enough about the service we received today. The staff were on time, quick, thorough and very friendly. This is the second time we have used their service and highly recommend

From my first inquiry to the completion of the job, the experience was great. Prompt and professional service, great follow up, an accurate and fair quote were all before the actual window cleaning. Thomas and Tristan showed up on time, were very professional and careful and did a wonderful job. I will definitely recommend Next Level to my clients, and use them again!

We basically have a house of windows and the Next Level team always do an amazing job!!! This is our third time having them do interior/exterior windows as well as roof top clean-up. We will definitely be booking again this Fall!

Has been a great company to use through the years for gutters, windows and mirrors. Keilan and Jessica were particularly helpful today.

Matt and Cam were great in answering all my questions when on-site, advising on gutter defects, and tidying the site. Professional and helpful!

Live Next Level performed exterior window and glass railing cleaning for me. Responsive in email and phone call follow up. Booked an appointment quickly and there were reminder notices sent within days of the cleaning. Very pleasant gentlemen and they made quick work of our windows, doing an outstanding job of getting rid of stinkbug feces. We have a lot of large windows, and they completed the work in the morning. One item noticed was the mud from their shoes on our upper deck, but once this was brought to their attention, it was cleaned and remedied to my satisfaction. Highly recommend and will call them again in the spring, for an interior and exterior clean

The guys texted to let me know they were on their way. They were polite and courteous and best of all "Safe" they were safety line strapped when on the roof and they worked great as a team. They let us know what they found and reminded us there is a 30 day clear gutter guarantee, in case there was anything we find in the next month. Will use them again!

Michael and his crew arrived on time, went straight to work, and worked efficiently as a team to make all the windows and deck railings sparkling clean. Their positive energy, coupled with careful work were much appreciated. I highly recommend this firm.

They showed up exactly when they said they would, the 2 guys were polite, friendly, and got right to the task. I looked after and they did an excellent job and were quick about it. I would recommend them to anyone who asked without hesitation

Sam and Cameron did a great job !

This company was very professional and prompt. 2 young men got it done quickly and efficiently. Would absolutely recommend this service. 👍

Excellent job cleaning the Exterior windows and tracks and screens. Will highly recommend you.

This is the best window and deck glass cleaning company. Reliable and an amazing job always.

Quick and efficient service, friendly staff, excellent work!

The two Next Level workers, Jake and Jason, were both hard-working, very pleasant and did such a professional job. Being very fussy myself, I looked around and saw the windows were just perfect!!!!! I would highly recommend them.

I have all my windows cleaned today by Michael and Tristan, both very professional and provided amazing service! The company also provides different options of payments. In general I’m very happy I’ve chosen this company. I’ve recommended to my family and friends!

The 2 young men were very professional and polite. They were well groomed with a clean logo'd company shirt. They were knowledgeable about the service I required, ie gutter cleaning. They were careful placing their ladders with extended arms enabling the ladder not to touch the eaves troughing. They were efficient and in my opinion did a n excellent job.

The guys did a very good job, arrived on time and finished with 2 hours.

The two guys arrived on time and did great job on our windows inside and outside, gutter cleaning, and house washing.

Cameron and Lucas did a great job on my post construction cleaning. They worked hard all day and were extremely pleasant and polite. I would recommend.

Good job..showed up on time..very professional

Excellent window cleaning (in and out) for a large new home with LOTS of windows!

I was happy with the service I received. They were prompt with the quote and on time for the appointment. I will definitely use their services again.

Young gentlemen were to repair one corner of the gutters that the seam came apart. The repair kit was in the other truck. They are to c9me back and finish.

Great service, professional, on time and happy with the windows. Would recommend.

The team at Next Level were super professional, friendly and quick. I was super impressed with them.

Excellent service & price. I highly recommend this company!

Highly recommend Live Next Level! Staff were very courteous and professional. Our windows had a lot of hard water build-up and they came out sparkling clean.

Great job! All employees were fantastic and we are happy to recommend. See you next year!

We just had Next Level do our windows and gutters yesterday. The job was particularly challenging because it involved several windows that were both very large and fairly high up. The two gentlemen who came did a great job and even did extras like dusting the window ledges without being asked. They were nice, mindful of their own safety and careful about not damaging items in and outside our house. The windows looked great! I will certainly call them again.

Excellent and professional service!

More than just professional, the team at Next Level is proud of the work they do and try to exceed expectations. Great company.

Next Level did an amazing job of cleaning our windows.very professional!! Thank you!!

Great experience with this company. I dealt with Logan, Duncan and Luna. All amazing and so good in serving their customers with optimum service. I was given quick responses to my questions and always a happy service from their end. They did a great job with our windows and I will use them again definitely. Thanks, Shikha

We recently got our windows cleaned with Next Level and were very pleased with the experience. Communication was quick and clear, and the crew showed up on time and got right to business. The crew was incredibly professional, and we barely noticed that they were there. The job itself was done well and we are enjoying the views from our house again. I would highly recommend using Next Level, we will certainly use them the next time we need the windows cleaned.

The 2 guys that came to clean the windows were amazing they did a really good job, were very polite and professional and I would highly recommend the company

Apparently they were here because they left a door knob hanger. Without the hanger I would never have thought they showed up. The windows are streaked and still have hard water marks all over them. I let the both Duncan and Luca know (office managers?) and have not received a reply from either. I do not recommend next level as both quality of work and customer service are lacking professionalism. Hard nope on these guys. UPDATE*** They did come back to fix the windows and they look great. One star for the first crew, 5 stars for the guy who came back to fix the first crew’s mess. I rescind my hard nope and will try them again.

We found Live Next Level through an online search and wanted to try a local company. We are very happy we did! There was a great communication, clear quotes with various offerings to choose from, and professional service. Our windows look awesome!

Excellent Service , very prompt and pricing was very reasonable.will definitely be using Next Level every year.

Paul and Aria were fast, thorough and very professional. They arrived on time and did an awesome job. Thank you.

Excellent service. On time, efficient, and friendly!

Exceptional Service and Experience. They did an outstanding job on the windows - team members were engaging and professional. Customer Experience clearly is a priority for this company. Team members checked in during the cleaning and Followed Up after the service to insure everything was done to our satisfaction - this is something you rarely see executed flawlessly these days!

Next level went above and beyond. I was super stressed and they were beyond accommodating. Really appreciate everything. Would recommend to anyone!

I've used Next Level twice for window cleaning and been very happy with it each time. The staff communicate the quote clearly, arrive within the time they said they would. So extremely happy with the people the company sent to do the job and their courtesy on the phone as well. Will book next year for sure.

The crew did the job quickly and efficiently. I had a couple of downspouts which had come loose from the gutters. They got them repaired at the same time. Pleased all-round.

Good communication and arrived as scheduled, would recommend and use again.

The guys were very quick, and did a great job especially cleaning those high windows and glass upper patio .

Respectful workers, got the job done well.

Very quick and efficient at getting me a quote, and booking the appointment for the gutter cleaning. I didn't have to be home which made it simple for me, and their communication was great throughout the entire process. Great customer service! I will definitely use this company again, and recommend them!

The two young men who came to clean windows were courteous, professional and did a fantastic job. They also changed out batteries on my power blinds. They were Next Level!

Excellent service, very professional & courteous. Repeat customer

Very professional and thorough. The two team members took the time to evaluate my concerns , present the options, and resolve the questions I had. They were highly efficient at their work. I would not hesitate to use Next Level again (we had used them once before for window-cleaning and were pleased with the results).

I’m very happy your fellows came out to handle the concerns I had with my gutter leaking and backing up. They didn’t mess around, got right to it and were easy to work with. I appreciated their efficiency and the excellent manner in how they conducted themselves. Top notch! I’m also glad that the issues were addressed before the snow starts falling! Thanks!!

The crew were very professional and polite. Did a super job on the windows and deck railing glass panels. Will definitely use your company next time. Thanks very much!.

They did a great job. Very courteous staff. Would highly recommend this company.

The 2 employees worked very efficiently and professionally .Our windows look great. We will certainly use the company again in the future and recommend it to our friends.

We found the team to be very professional, friendly, courteous, efficient & certainly worthy of 5 stars! Definitely recommended.

From start to finish, the experience was professional and personable. Upon booking the window cleaning, I was immediately contacted by the company. The guys showed up right on time, as scheduled and did an outstanding job. This is the single best window cleaning I have ever had! They also cleaned/dusted the chandeliers which is a service that to my knowledge is not provided by all window cleaners in Kelowna. The GM Derek stayed in touch throughout and provided excellent customer service. After talking to him once on the phone, it felt like he was already an old friend. This company is definitely worth the money spent for the services and care provided. Well done!

Great customer service from every person I dealt with at Next Level. I was very impressed with how quickly they fit me in to the schedule. Mitch did a lovely job on my windows and I'm VERY picky! Thanks guys - you'll be getting calls from a couple of my neighbours :)

Excellent service at all levels. They came to our house to assess and give us a quote. We were given a service date very promptly & the price was competitive. Although Duncan & his crew came when we weren't home, they communicated their arrival and completion time, what they did, & how many bags they filled. We would not hesitate to recommend this company, and use them again next year!

Team was great and did an excellent job. Will be using again.

When I called the office to book an appointment, they were very professional and very accommodating. The guys showed up to do the work and they were so professional, polite and enjoying their day! It was a pleasure to have them at the house. They informed me of what they did and what they found. Very nice fellas! I will have this company back again

Great job. The team was not only professional but very friendly and engaging. So appreciated the thorough and attentive work done. Will use this company again any happy to recommend.

Great experience. Very professional

Excellent service, polite, professional, great service and on time.

Easy to book in, great service and attentive staff.

Very happy with the job 🙌 ☺️

I love how clean windows stay and am always impressed how professional employees are. I find the prices are high and have checked around with other businesses but they seem to be in line with others. I have used this company for inside/outside window cleaning , just outdoor window cleaning, roof and gutter cleaning and once for a house soft wash. Have always been extremely happy! Good people!!

Super professional and very thorough job! So happy with the work they did!

Highly recommend Next Level Window Cleaning. Used this company for our business and also my parents house. The team is professional, prompt and friendly. Their work is absolutely superior and pricing is incredibly reasonable. Can not say enough positive things about this team. 5 star review is easy to give. Thanks again.

Great Team, delivered exactly what I was needing!

There were several portions of the job that were not satisfactory , however Duncan came to the rescue the next day and did a wonderful job of rewashing the deck glass and cleaning the tracks plus completing putting the screens back into their tracks. Duncan was amazing and very professional in his manner. Thank you Duncan

Great job.

I would highly recommend this company. Communication regarding the appointment for cleaning was excellent and the cleaning staff arrived on time and we’re very professionally and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the results.

We were so impressed with your window cleaning service! We appreciated your quick response to our inquiry, your follow up skills are excellent! The guys were professional, quick, left zero clean up in their wake, and were very respectful of our property. The windows were absolutely perfect when they were finished, impeccably clean inside and out. Thank you again for a job very well done!

I have used Next Level for window cleaning inside and out since 2017. They do an exceptionally good job. The crew arrived on time, worked quickly and to a very high standard. The window gleamed. They wiped the sills and cleared out the cobwebs. The windows were so clean that a neighbour joked that it looked like we had them removed! Other than next time a little more attention could be paid to the glass railings on the deck, the job was terrrifc. Elizabeth A.

I didn’t realize how dirty my windows were until they were clean. The gentleman who came to my home, was professional and he paid attention to detail. I would definitely use this service again and recommend them to my neighbours.

The next level team did and exceptional job! They cleaned all of the windows/glass on the inside and outside of our home. Based upon our experience, I would highly recommend their services.

Love these guys! Been getting the inside and outside windows and glass railings done for a few years now. Different staff but every time they arrive prepared and trained for the job. Any problems and management makes it right immediately. Easy to communicate with and make payments online. Highly recommend!

We couldn't be happier with the window cleaning results. We have some very high and difficult to reach windows but everything is sparkling clean. Dallas and Brendan were friendly, polite and professional. We will definitely be calling Next Level in the future.

Arrived on time, professional staff, good quality.

Have not yet been onto roof to visually assess the gutter work, but was informed by Paul, the service tech, that one downspout previously clogged had been cleared cleared. Also noted that a dog toy on the roof had been returned to the back yard, where it belonged.

We were very pleased with our entire experience with Next Level! From the quoting process throughout....was really fine! Had a couple of streaks but that is expected! Will definitely use them again this year! Duncan was lead man but both were great to communicate with! Well done!

I am very satisfied with the job the window cleaners did. It is so nice to have a clear view of the city and lake again.

Fabulous service. Polite ,respectful, highly efficient. They to a amazing job inside, outside ans screens too. This is the second time we have had them at our house. They even noticed that we had a loose window. Service above and beyond for a fair and reasonable price.

We had hired Live Next Level on two other occasions. Called for a gutter and exterior window cleaning. Three young men arrived. I went out to run a couple errands. Got home and they were done. Prior to leaving I was told minor repairs would be done on any found issues w/ the gutters. It all looked clean and complete. Thanks again. We’ll call again for our spring needs.

My experience with Next Level has been fantastic. My windows look amazing! Cameron and Brendan were friendly, professional and paid great attention to detail. I have no hesitation recommending Next Level and I will definitely use them again.

Cameron and Colton were prompt and courteous. I put them on the spot by asking how long they thought it would take to complete the job, to their great credit they took more time than they had anticipated. This was reflected in the end result. After cleaning the windows inside and out they did a final inspection and asked us if we were happy with the service. We were very happy.

Hired them to kill moss on our roof. Reliable, COVID safe, friendly, excellent work; highly recommended

Great work with our gutter cleaning. Super professional, friendly and on time. Thanks for the great service.

Very professional and polite young men. Couldn't be happier! The windows were very dirty so they worked extra hard to clean them.

Had a lot of windows to do and they did a great job. They missed a couple, but as soon as I reported it, they responded right away, so great service!

Sam and Paul did an amazing job with our 28 widows and two patio doors. The service this company provided was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Thank-you!

It was an extremely hot day. They did an excellent job. Very respectful. A wonderful treat for me. No complaints. Would recommend them to all my friends,

I had this company do my annual exterior window cleaning and cobweb removal. I have a 100 year old home with old high mullioned windows, and the crew did a good, complete job at a reasonable price. I was completely happy with their work and hope to use them again next Fall.

I wasn't home when the windows were cleaned.... they look fantastic

I have been using next level window cleaning for the past 5 years, they are the best! Friendly, professional, thorough.

I have used their service twice, and had total satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs Any of their services!

Next Level always does a great job. We use them often for window and gutter cleaning. The crew is always professional and well mannered. They also make it easy to get an estimate, select services, and make payment by using online tools that helps save me time.

Communication is very smooth and professional. Will definitely consider using other services in the future.

All I can say is WOW. From my initial call, to post service, I am totally impressed. Luca came to do a quote. They gave me an approximate time. He called ahead of time to say he was on his way. He was dressed professionally and was incredibly friendly. After he left, I received an email saying a quote was on the way. The quote was exactly what they said it would be, and the time was a 2 hour window, so we were clear on when they would arrive. They said they would be there between 1-3... they arrived at 12:58... cleaned the gutters and they were gone. We then were sent another email asking for an honest review. This is as honest as I can be. Communication and professionalism is something that isn't overly common. Well done!!!

I was very impressed by the professionalism and quality of work done. The staff were very diligent and on time. They provided us with a quote for all services based on their measures first time out. It’s a great idea as now I know exactly what it will cost for the other services for our place should we decide to Do them in the future. I give this company 5 stars.

Had Live Next Level round last week for a gutter cleaning job. I can't get up and confirm how clean my gutters are now that the job is done (kind of the point!) but I can say that they were professional, on time, very pleasant and well turned out, and seemed like genuinely decent guys intent on doing a good job. I really like their informative and handy online booking process and my interactions with staff over email were also very positive and professional. I will be using LNL next year for my gutter and will consider their other services as I need them.

Great experience from start to finish. Absolutely the best!!

We're really happy with the job that was done. Great communication up front on what to expect for arrival time and current procedures around covid protocols and again after the job was finished to be sure we were happy. This was our first time requesting a service like this, and we will definitely be calling again in the future. The house looks amazing, and it was done with care. Great job!

These people really do take customer relationships to the "next level". They are very responsive to questions, they send reminders out about visits, they check with the customer whether everything is to their satisfaction...and more. I wish every company could come somewhere near their level of professionalism. Oh, and the work was great!

This is a first class window cleaning service. Responsive. Arrived on time. Friendly and professional. And, as one would expect, super clean windows.

You can be confident trusting Brandon with your window or gutter cleaning job. His team is top notch on customer service, quality and efficiency.

Very professional, nice guys. Worked quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be scheduling Next Level again and would recommend them.

Next Level treated our roof for moss growing on it. They worked fast and did a very good job of cleaning afterwards. After 2 weeks the moss has disappeared.

The team was really friendly and nice. They showed up on time and did a fantastic job.

Excellent service and great staff. Would definitely recommend Next Level to family and friends.

Awesome company. Great service, very reasonably priced and very clean windows. I will always use them in the future.

Brandon, we are delighted with the window cleaning. Your team did an exceptional job on our windows - some are very high and it’s too hard for us to contemplate tackling them ourselves. Our house will be listed tomorrow so the freshly cleaned windows will really show the view to its best advantage. I have no hesitation in recommending you to our friends. Many thanks again; your service, punctuality and communication is greatly appreciated. Not many companies deliver what they promise but Next Level definitely does.

Great job and did not damage any screens!! Very thorough.

Great Company! Brandon, Derek and Preston at Next Level are super helpful, easy to deal with and very flexible. Thanks to all you guys!

My experience with Brandon at Next Level is one of a supplier rather than a customer, but it is clear that he runs a very professional business. His care and attention to detail on how his business is run is something to emulate!

Next Level did an excellent job!!! Exterior window washing was done so well, competitively priced, thorough and on time! I will continue to work with this company as needed!! Thank you again for the wonderful service!

Great service and an excellent job. Really friendly staff

This is probably the most friendly company I have ever had the pleasure of working with - from their owners, office managers to the site team. They worked within our budget and did an amazing job! Could not be happier with their service.

We’ve used Next Level Window Ckeaning for 3 years now. They always do a great job & leave our windows & deck rails perfect. This year we added the house wash & our house looks brand new! I would highly recommend them.

August, 2021. Excellent work but I expected that.... Brandon was sure not to invade our space. Even when inside he quietly worked with a mask.. I usually dread having people in the house working, it seems so intrusive but we hardly noticed that he was there. We can see out our windows! Thanks for another great job ...... the Meulenbelds... Again this year, 2020 a bit more challenging with the screens, but we got it all done.....great job as usual!! The Meulenbelds Looks like Next Level is keeping up the good work. Again, 2021 a great job of cleaning our windows and screens. The guys worked quietly, quickly and efficiently. Five stars...... October 2022. Windows, screens, gutters. Jason was on his own but handled the work with efficiency and expertise. Great job! .....the Meulenbelds

Your team was awesome and we are pleased. They did all that was promised and more. And gave us a discount we didn't even know about ($50 off in March) so it was even less expensive than I expected. Super Happy. And the team came early!

Next Level did an amazing job on our windows! Highly recommend these gents.

Great service! Would highly recommend.

These guys were professional from the get-go, great detailed quote and different level of service options, good discounts on combining services, and the crew did a great thorough job. Most importantly our newly renovated house was well taken care of with care to put down mats on hardwood under ladders, wipe up all water, remove paint overspray from windows, etc... No damge and great cleaning job thanks so much you will be my go to for house maintenance!

Very professional and accommodating. These guys were fantastic

Very reliable and professional service

This is our first experience with a window cleaning company and wow did they do an amazing job! The owner came and did a site visit to quote on the small window cleaning project. He was professional and explained their service offering clearly. The crew that arrived a few days later was well presented and professional as well. They went above and beyond inside and out even though it wasn't a large job. We've never had such a good view out of our windows! Thanks to the team at Next Level!

The guys were great, on time and very efficient ..Price was great.I will be using them again and would recommend to my neighbours and friends. Also great follow up with Brandon to make sure I was satisfied.

Excellent service. Workers arrived on time, showed skill and flexibility, finished by checking with me about the job, and demonstrated a keen desire for customer satisfaction during their time at my house. I highly recommend Next Level Window Cleaning.

On time and professional throughout. I appreciated the friendly atmosphere and attention to the job. I do not have to look further for similar work!

I just had my windows cleaned by Next Level! Excellent job and very professional attitude and performance. I will be using them in the future and my neighbors are already asking about their service.

They arrived on time, great communication leading up to and after the job. It was seamless and easy to book the estimate and the work itself. The crew that showed up were uniformed and very professional. The pricing I felt was reasonable. Most importantly though...my windows are spotless! I’m very happy with it and I will definitely work booking again for spring.

On time, polite, organized, very professional.Have used Next Level several times. Highly recommend them!

Very professional and completed the job well on time and for the amount quoted. Their communication was fast and accurate and a pleasure to deal with. We have no hesitation in recommending them. These guys are amazing. The two young men that cleaned our windows were incredible. They are the cleanest they have every been. They were so careful doing inside and cleaned up after them. I will be using then again that is for sure.

Their team did a great job on our interior and exterior windows and even cleaned our very high ceiling fan. Friendly and respectable fellows. We felt very comfortable with them in our home and they made sure that everything was locked up afterwards.

Fast quote and now my windows look great.

Contracted Next Level to clean my eaves-troughs as they had never been done. The team were punctual, professional and courteous upon arrival. They went right to work, no lag time and completed the task in the time frame allotted. There was no mess or debris left, the eaves were clean and pristine. I would definitely recommend this company and rate them at 5 star. Terry

Next Level was super quick and easy to work with. Little bit of a delay on the initial quotes, but they were great for following up and when they got there to do the job, they were polite, timely and easy to have around. Thanks so much for a job well done!!!!

Redently had the Next Level crew out for an exterior window cleaning and they did an excecllent job. I have used this company on previous occassions for both window and gutter cleaning. As has been the case before, the service this time was excellent and I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Very professional, very polite workers and respect your property inside and out. It has been a week since my windows were done - inside, outside and screens. I am very particular and expressed that to the company and they assured me top quality work. During the week following I looked every which way I could thru the windows with sun coming through and no sun thinking I would find some flaw but absolutely nothing. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely have them back. Thankyou Next Level!!

Great customer service, with very friendly workers! 10/10 would hire again!

Thanks to Next Level Window Cleaning! Our windows and screens in our home and office our now clean from the soot of the fires this past summer! Be calling them again this spring.

We have had 2 visits this year from Next Level to clean our exterior windows. We are extremely pleased with their professional service. They arrived within the timeline given, were very polite and pleasant to deal with and demonstrated diligence, respect and care around our property while performing their work. We appreciated receiving a notice regarding fall services and definitely intend to call them again in the spring. They deserve our highest rating. Thanks again.

Everything about this company is expert and professional. They call back right away and follow up as promised. The two young men working in my home were polite, did not leave any mess and did an excellent job of the windows. I recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a really good window cleaning company.

Next Level Window Cleaning on a one to five scale makes a five plus ! Brandon did exactly what I had hoped for, but seldom got, that being to get my windows cleaned perfectly. I'd not hesitate to use his services again, and have already recommended him to friends. Fantastic job, on time, and done perfectly !

I am extremely happy with my clean windows! Thank you to the Next Level team. It was done quickly and thoroughly. I will be using their services again.

Next Level Window Cleaning was very professional and did an amazing job on our windows and screens. They were able to schedule us in a on short notice, came to the appointment on time, and sent reminders in the days leading up to our appointment which I appreciate. We will continue to use Next Level for our window cleaning needs.

Next Level window cleaning did a great job on our house, we'd happily recommend them :)

This week, Brandon and his crew cleaned all the windows in my home, inside and out. They washed all the screens with soap and water and cleaned the sills of windows and sliding glass doors. From the beginning this was a positive experience. I was given an accurate estimate, there were emails to confirm every detail in advance and when the job prior to mine took a little longer I got a call to explain. In spite of dizzying heights and many many big windows, the guys were unfailingly cheerful, polite and focused on doing a fabulous job. I am so grateful to have found a company so trustworthy, efficient and priced fairly. I recommend Next Level Window Cleaning without any hesitation. Thank you Brandon and crew! October 2021 A crew with exactly the same quality of service as noted in my previous review, has worked to get my roof and gutters shipshape for the winter season. Again, the guys were polite, focused on the job at hand and very cheerful in spite of the wind and rain. I am confident in recommending Next Level for any of the services they offer. Thank you ! September 2023 Once again I am happy to review the service provided by the Live Next Level team,. Everything I have said previously about how pleasant and thorough and efficient they were, on this occasion Mike and Kash, was exactly the same. I really feel lucky to have this company helping to maintain my home. They always exceed expectations. Thank you!

I found Next Level Windows excellent to work with. They put us in last moment as they were working next door. Ryan did not rush his work and did a perfect job. Couldn't ask for better and would highly recommend them. I'll be calling them for my windows next year.

Ammy & Adam did a great job cleaning our windows recently and were very thorough. They took the time to check their work after they were done and were very polite. We have found, however, that services like window cleaning have shot up dramatically, which will make some people think twice about hiring someone in.

Excellent, quick service. Fast estimate, fast work. Reasonable price. Friendly workers.

We had our windows done yesterday - nice professional job, no mess, no fuss, quick, quiet and well done. I'm definitely recommending Brandon and his men. Thank you

They showed up on time and worked extremely quickly and efficiently. They were able to do my house in 2 hours and all the windows look terrific. I would recommend this company and will probably have them back.

Excellent, professional, efficient! The best kind of service! I never have to worry about the cleaners in my home. Very trustworthy and clean as they move through the inside of my house! The best window cleaners in Kelowna!

May 18 2021 So very happy with this company! We had windows and cutter cleaned in past years! Today they did my windows inside and out along with the screens! The very polite and careful boys did a fantastic job for us! The covid protocols were followed and we felt safe with them in the house. I highly recommend them! D.N. Earlier this month I watch a crew from Next Level clean some office windows in town while I was waiting in my car for my husband. This crew was very meticulous, doing a great job and then going over their work checking it before leaving. I was impressed that they drove a clean well cared for company van, my first impression was this company had pride in their work and their property. I looked up the company on their website again I was impressed with this company, I then phoned for a quote. Brandon returned my call, came out next day to give me a quote. The crew that came to my home was very accommodating, they followed my request to do certain windows first. We had them clean our eave troughs as well as windows inside and outside. We are very happy with their work, the crew were polite and moved through the house quietly and quickly. Brandon has a very good personality, he is polite, respectful and knows his business! The young boys on the crew we had came clean, and neatly dressed. They also had great personalities, they were polite and careful while removing screens and working around our furniture. We will recommend Next Level to our friends and family. Their phone number is saved in my address book for the next time I want work done. Thank You Brandon and your crew! D. Naka

Best service ever!!, on time, exactly the price they budgeted, and most important, they did an incredible job!!, very professionals.

I had tenants in my house for years and I don't think the windows had been cleaned for at least 5 years. They had cobwebs in the corners and lime stains throughout. I was really impressed with the cleaning service from Next Level, the windows look fantastic. I didn't think they would look that good again.

Definitely the "next level" in window cleaning! Prompt, professional customer service; competitive rates and sparkling windows. I recommend Next Level.

Very professional, they come into your home, do their work, and when they leave the only way you would know they've been there is the SHINY WINDOWS left behind!!

Brandon and his team always do an excellent job on cleaning our windows. They are very meticulous! I have hired other window wash companies in the past but Next Level Window Cleaning is offering the best services! And with their email confirmations etc. you're always well informed about when the next visit is scheduled.

Choose this company. Brandon and his team are the best in the business.

Excellent Job. Brandon and his team did such a good job that 3 days after our windows were cleaned one of our guests walked right into the patio door as she thought it was open it was so clean. Brandon also cleaned our windows post-construction, which is something that others tried, but failed at. I highly recommend NextLevel.

Always professional, meticulous and on time! Great work with an even better attention to detail! Highly recommended!

Most impressed! Nothing but 'top shelf ' professionalism at every level with this company. I recommend you give them a try, you won't be disappointed you did.

I found Brandon through his website - which is very professional. We need our gutters cleaning and he did a very thorough job. He took his time to make sure everything was cleaned correctly and didn't rush through it. He even fixed one of the gutters! He has a very professional and courteous manner as well. I have already asked him to come back in the Spring to clean our windows. I highly recommend his services.

Brandon was very professional and personable. I felt very comfortable having him in my home to complete the inside/exterior window cleaning. He arrived on time for both the quote and the job and our windows sparkled when he was done. We will be using NEXT LEVEL annually and would not hesitate to refer services to friends and family.

We have been a customer of Next Level for the past year and have nothing but great things to say. Very professional, always do a great job at a fair price.

Brandon was very punctual in his communication, professional in all aspects, and did a great job of cleaning our windows. They were sparkling !

I first called Brandon a couple of years ago, to have our windows cleaned on the home we are currently living in, he presented himself very professionally and did a great job. We were so happy with his work that we have used his services through our business, Hansum Homes, when we have a home that is ready to turn over to our clients. I have recommended Brandon to friends and clients alike. If you are looking for a great window cleaning service, we highly recommend Brandon at Next Level Window Cleaning.

We recently had our windows cleaned by NEXT LEVEL Window Cleaning and were most pleased. Brandon and his fellow worker were very personable and professional. They arrived promptly as arranged and did an excellent job of cleaning all our windows, both inside and out. We have a two story house, with roof windows, and they were able to expertly clean them in good time. My husband and I would definitely recommend Brandon Gawdun and his company.

Brandon did a excellent job on the post-construction job i hired him to do. He was able to schedule the work last minute and was there on time. My client were very satisfied with his work.

Very reliable - arrived when he said he would. Professional and excellent work! Would definitely recommend Brandon to anyone needing their windows or gutters done.

Super quick, but high quality job. Very professional. Will continue to use them for all my buildings.

Brandon and his helper did an absolutely fantastic job on our windows! We appreciated that they took care while doing our inside windows as well, making sure nothing was bumped and asked permission before moving some more delicate items. Highly Recommended!!!
