Visits are set for similar times each year, and we send you a reminder about a week before and again two days before each one. You don’t have to remember to book.

Shine Club questions
What is Shine Club?
It’s our window cleaning membership. You choose how many visits you want each year, we schedule them for you, and you get member pricing and priority booking.
How much does it cost?
Each visit is priced for your home and the service level you choose, then your member discount comes off: 10%, 15% or 20% on window cleaning depending on your plan, and 10% off additional services done on the same visit. Visits are never discounted below our $257 minimum. Prices are in CAD before GST.
Is it a contract?
No. You can cancel at any time. If you cancel within the first 12 months, a $99 fee applies to offset the discount and the admin work involved. After that, there is no cancellation fee.
When do I pay?
After each completed visit. There is nothing to prepay. We keep a card on file and charge it only once the work is done.
Can I choose my service level?
Yes. For each visit you can pick exterior only, inside and out, inside and out plus screens and a light track wipe, or a full detail with a deep track clean.
What if I need to reschedule or skip a visit?
Just let us know and we’ll move it or apply a credit toward another service. Appointments may also shift within a two-week window so we can keep our routes efficient.
Will you remind me before each visit?
Yes. We send a reminder about a week before and again two days before each visit.
Do the discounts apply to other services?
Yes. Members get 10% off additional services, such as gutter cleaning, house washing and roof moss treatment, when they are done on the same visit. Member pricing can’t be combined with other promotions or discounts.
What are rain touch-ups?
Living Next Level members get a free touch-up if rain spots your windows within 7 days of a visit. It covers rain-related spotting only.
